Solution

Go To Transaction Code AUT10

Hit the below Button

Suppose I want to check what are the changes made in BP Transaction Code. I will enter as below

Here is the Output explaining who did any change and when was it done and what change was done

Now I want to check what data got changes using Z Transaction Code

Now we want to check what was deleted
