External documents release strategy is always to be set as header wise with selection of header wise tables and fields. The header table to be referred is CEKKO. The same class is to be used for Objects of the external procurement. 

Create Characteristics CT04: 

Triggering this Release Strategy Based upon Document Types only, however user can create characteristics based upon the requirement.  

 

Create Class – Cl02

 

Enter the characteristics in the class.

Create a New Release Group for PO with the same defined class used for RFQ.
