Personnel Actions

You need to configure different personnel actions ( Hiring, Promotion, Termination) in PA40 screen

1. 0 First we need to define the Infogroup as shown in the figure below

1. 1.1 Now click on User Group Dependency on Menus and Info Groups and maintain the entries mentioned in the below figure

1. 1.2  The next step is to create InfoGroup for Action Menu A1, A2 and A3 as listed below

             ( A1- Hiring Action), ( A2- Promotion Action), (A3 – Termination Action)

1. 1.3 Now the next step is maintain IGMOD, as shown in the figure below

1. 1.4    Now the next step is to Set up Personnel Actions as shown in the figure below

1. 1.5    Click on the Personnel Action Types as shown in the figure below

1. 1.6   Click on New Entries and maintain the lines as mentioned in the below figure

1. 1.7   Now make an entry in Change Action Menu as shown in the figure below
