Introduction
Listing: When creating a sales order, the customer is allowed to order only those materials that are listed for them. All other materials are blocked.
Exclusion: While creating a sales order, the system prevents the customer from ordering certain materials that have been specifically excluded.
Listing & Exclusion Configuration is based on Condition Technique
Path: SPRO--> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Functions--> Listing & Exclusion
1. Create Condition Table
Select Combination of Fields as Customer and material
2. Maintain Access Sequence for Listing & Exclusion
Standard Access Sequence for Listing – A001
Standard Access Sequence for Exclusion – B001
Place the Condition Table in the Access Sequence
3. Maintain Condition types for Listing & Exclusion
Standard for Condition Type Listing – A001
Standard Access Sequence for Exclusion – B001
4. Maintain Procedures for Listing & Exclusion
A00001 – Standard Procedures for Listing
B00001- Standard Procedures for Exclusion
5. Activate Listing / Exclusion by Sales Document Type
6. Maintain Condition Records Listing/ Exclusion Using VB01
7. Create a Sales Order with Listed Materials Using VA01 T-code
The system allows us to place sales orders with these listed items
8. Create Another Sales Order with Excluded materials
System does not allow Customer to place sales orders with Excluded items
