This is a very simple document to calculate Leave Encashment based on one day Basic Salary.
1. The first Step is to design the PCR. My requirement was Leave Encashment = No. of Leave Days X One day basic. Eg., If leave encashment has to be done on 120 Days, and one day basic is Rs. 1000, then it will go as 120 X 1000 = Rs. 120000.
The PCR written was as follows:
It was inserted in Schema VKAL (Copied from INAL) as shown below:
Wage type was created, and table V_T511 was maintained as shown below:
No of days to be encashed is maintained in PA30 > IT0015 > against the above wage type:
So, by this, when payroll is run, the value for Leave Encashment gets populated:
