Determine indirect valuation for positions/work centers

Purpose

The Purpose of this Document is  when we have a scenario Say Infotype0008 salary amount has to be different for CEO when compared to the grade and level to the other employees. This is nothing But Indirect valuation based on Position /Work Center

 

Requirement

 

A particular position should have the different salary amount. ā€œPosition based Valuationā€. Whenever the employee assigned to the CEO Position he should have a Fixed Salary. This should be different from what has been defined in the Pascale group and level.

Solution

SPRO ==> IMGĆØPersonnel ManagementĆØ ==> Personnel AdministrationĆØ ==> Payroll Data ==> Basic PayĆØWage Types ==> determine
indirect valuation for positions/work centers.

Double click in the positions Pay scale Assignments

Here I am taking the sample Position: 50011879ā€

This Table will be updated with the position what we have maintained in OM

SPRO ==> IMG ==> Personnel ManagementĆØ ==> Personnel AdministrationĆØ ==> Payroll Data ==>Basic PayĆØ ==>Wage TypesĆØdetermine
indirect valuation for positions/work centers.

Double click on the Wage Type catalog.

Give the Position you are trying to make the changes.

Maintain the Appropriate entries. With wage type.

Now Go To PA30

Maintain the infotype 0008..
