Batch det. in process order-how to exclude a storage location?

Hi,

I am doing batch determination in Process order using Expiration date and storage location. I want to exlude one particular storage location in the determination as this a main warehouse and material should not be dispensed from this storage location.

I tried creating one Z characteristic for Storage location, but not getting how to incorporate storage location in that.
