STPO with Quantity Transfer only

Hi All

I am manufacturing goods in one plant - 1 with ETO . Finished goods is valuated inventory w.r.t. ptoject wbs of plant -1. Requirement is to transfer this valuated stock from plant -1 w.r.t WBS transfer to plant - 2 with STPO movement 351 - Q with only quantity transfer not value. value must reside in plant -1 WBS only.

Further this quantity will be consumed in plant -2 wbs with movement = 101.

Note : Both plant -1 and plant -2 are in same company codes.
