We want to implement best practices for storage and management of large files to incorporate as evidence of audits recorded in SAP ACS 1.7 for SAP S/4 Hana. If auditors add very large videos, what is the best approach in terms of usability, performance and user experience? We are thinking of saving the tables of type FRA_D_DOC directly in SAP Hana or in some document manager such as Opentext or Documentum.
If you can share your experience with me, it would be a great help to evaluate alternatives.
