Hello Experts,
I have seen that the windows confugration of the language should be US_EN and the encoding be with UTF-8 as default. When I am installing the trial version in the windows 10, there is a language setting that can be made to the US_EN. But I do not find any default setting of the encoding to be set to the UTF8. Is there a way to configure this is general or is it specific to any application that should be done ?
