Creating new user for business client in sap basis

I am creating new user I have an error

Profie sap_all and sap_new does not exist or not active

How can you rectify that error?

In the new business client post process steps are completed? and then try to create the new user id.

HI Reddy Vishnu,

If the issue is only SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW, then you can add the roles in source client in a transport & move the changes, but would strongly recommend to review 1st the Client-copy logs, else delete the new client & do the Client Copy again
