VERTEX RFC Connection Not working post STQ 8.0upgrade

Hi Experts,

Our SAP version is ECC 6.0 EHP4 in AIX. Recently we upgraded the Vertex DB from Oracle 11g to 19c and the Vertex STQ 5.0 to STQ 8.0 . The Translink version is 2.2.1. Post upgrade we couldn't connect the RFC TCP/IP connection ( with Explicit Host ). We don't see any RFC process ID session created in OS and RFC connection fails with the below error in SM59 connection test. Please help me with your input.

Hello Murali,

Is Vertex still available on the server defined at the "target host" field?

And is it still on the same path defined at "program"?

In addition, we cannot see the "gateway options" of the destination, in the screenshot that you provided. Are they blank? Or is there a gateway specified there?
