saposcol is part of the saphostagent. Did you installl the agent?

With SLES as os, you can find sapsocol in /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe. If this path does not exist, simply install the latest saphostagent.

Hi kannydan,

You can start your SAPOS-Collector by below command

saposcol -l

or by using

saphostexec -restart

Anyways various saposcol details can be found in the below,

https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SI/SAPOSCOL

You have mentioned about having issue from CCMS side. For that it has some pre-requirements, such as listed in below,

https://help.sap.com/viewer/109662dc6c53101499c3aebb51de5351/7.0.37/en-US/3d2d52b91bbdec42ae7f2085fc...

We used to have this sort of monitoring from the central system with having CCMS services installed seperately. Now-a-days we can use the saphostagent to send the details to the SolMan Central system for monitoring or a DAA-agent to collect the managed system details.

Thanks,
