Hi Experts,

How to improve the SM58,SMQ1 and SMQ2 queue's processing speed...

What can be verified for processing slowness apart from RFC connection and WP availability?

what background jobs should be running on both sender and receiver systems?

Resetting queues will delete the records?

Please answer...

would you please check below SAP Notes:

  • 2426336 - Performance analysis of external RFC server programs (registered program)
  • 2140916 - Performance issues in RFC processing (Oracle)
  • 2183108 - t/qRFC processing: general performance verifications
  • 2899366 - Huge entries in table ARFCSDATA

Check the network speed between SAP CI & Application servers or other SAP instances.
