Hi Gang,
How may one set the priority color in SM21? For example, we would like to set message id 110 ETIMEOUT (user timeout) from red to yellow (warning). We feel that a user's bad query is not worthy of displaying as a critical system error.
Any thoughts?

Hi John,
You can check the detailed information with SE92 -> choose System Log option, input the Message ID -> Execute -> double click the Message ID entry to check the component and documentation details.
Then, you can change the severity of the system log message.

I can see how SE92 may be used to modify the message text, but I do not see where to change the priority/color.
Any advice?
