Hi,

I was told that S/4 hana can be installed on a personal desktop/laptop with just 64GB memory for a single person educational use. May i know how true it this?

Has anyone done this before and it works?

Sanjay,

128GB works...but will be very slow with loads/unloads depending on the task. usually 256GB is best to start.

Not sure on the desktop/laptop.

S/4 HANA 1709 will run on 64GB GUI-less Linux installation.

Probably the newer ones will run too.
