Hi all,
Pls throw some light on my issue, fast response will be appreciated in advance.
Actually, I am facing some issue, we created one table in dev and we had moved that to PRD system because we don't have Quality.
While transporting we got no error, but the changes are not reflecting to PRD system. And the issue we got is "Table space doesn't exists in database".
For that we created on OSS ticket in SAP, now they are asking for remote access.
Can anyone pls guide me how to give my SAP log on access to them (user id & password).
And is it secured to give our logins to them.

To setup R/3 connection to NW ABAP system, you can check notes:
R/3 support service connection: 812732
What to do if you have no service connection: 37178
If you have problems when setup the remote connection, you can contact component XX-SER-NET-HTL.
For logon data, please provide it in Customer Remote Logon Depot (secure area), see note:
