Hi Experts,
Whenever I am trying to download any SAP Note via Snote I am getting below error message and the note is not downloaded. This has started happening with my Solution Manager System 7.2 SP08 and ECC with Netweaver 7.4 Sp23. The digitally signed note enablement and Support to SAP Backbone activities have already been completed and corresponding checklists were completed as well. These checklists had already created the RFCs which were working before - current status as below
SUPPORT_NOTE_DOWNLOAD - gives connection closed error in SM59
SAP-SUPPORT_PARCELBOX - works 200 ok
SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL - works 200 ok
Above RFCs with technical users maintained. I am not able to find a note directly related to this error, has anyone faced similar error and suggest the corrective action required
