how to use SQL with IDES on ASE from cal.sap.com

I have locked myself out of my IDES appliance from cal.sap.com. It runs on ASE. How can I access the database to delete SAP* in order to restore the password using login/no_automatic_user_sapstar=0

Hi Staerk,

1. Have you tried the default password .'pass'

2. You may have to contact SAP support to reset the password
