Hello All,

Am getting below error in event-viewer.

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer XXXXXXX using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID 116c (C:\Program Files\SAP\hostctrl\exe\sapcimb.exe).

The actual issue is users are automatically disconnecting suddenly out of SAPGUI, have adjusted auto-logout paramater also. Any help to resolve this issue.

Hello Dinesh,

Check whether SAP Note 1409604 is fully applied to the system.

Can you share the SAP Host Agent version and patch level?

Hi Guys,
I have the same problem with SAP ECC 6.0 EhP 8 + IDES. SAP OSS 1409604 dont fix my issue.

Any idea to fix the message "DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer XXXXXXXXXXX using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID 11d4 (C:\Program Files\SAP\hostctrl\exe\sapcimb.exe)."
