hi all,
help -> create support message
i have removed "S_BCOS_BC" authorisation object for creating Create support message, but still i am able to raise ticket even if i remove authorisation object..
how to restrict Create support message ( ticket raise ) for certain user !

You may raise the support ticket to SAP, Pls check the SAP link

Hi all,
We want to restrict user to create support message from dev, quality and production system which will be created in Solomon System .
i tried using S_BCOS_BC Authorizatio object but still not working using this !!! All user are able to created support message still. S_BCOS_BC is not working !!!

Hi Manoj,
please check SAP Note 1660828 and follow the steps to check and (de-)activate authorization of a specific S-User.
Does your user have the active option "report an incident"?
