1. Can we integrate our SAP Service Cloud with Airtel IQ, where the calls made from the central number generated by Airtel IQ, SAP Service Cloud should be able to receive the call?
2. Can we record the call between the End User and agents in SAP Service Cloud and maintain it in the history? Request you to please support us on the same as soon as possible.
