We scheduled an SMS Campaign and all the SMS failed. The error we got was:
"IP Address not allowed"
Can someone please explain what this issue is and why we are encountering it? Also, how could we go about fixing it?

Without the details, it is difficult to say anything. Best is to create a ticket for CEC-MKT-CPG-EXE. Please ensure that you provide an open connection for the backend and the UI with proper credentials.
