Rule Modeler "SAP_SRQMROUTING" not triggering

Hi,

I have done the following configurations, However my rule is not getting invoke. I have configured the same rule with dispatch functionality and its working perfectly fine. The requirement is to route the service request as per soon ticket is created or status change considering different attributes. We are using SAP S/4 HANA Customer Management.
