Posting here because I am getting absolutely nowhere with my vendor's tech support.
I use SAP's CRM to track orders with our vendor. The vendor sets it up- I have no access to any back end in SAP. Just a user.
Since January 22, 2024, I have had an error while trying to open order details. The error is as follows:
Cannot display view BT120H_CPL/Details of UI Component BT120H_CPL
An exception has occurred

While searching the error, I saw posts from 2008 and 2010, which is what brought me to these forums.
I am the only user (that I know of) that sees this error. It happens on both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. I've deleted cookies, cache, etc. etc. Same trash, different day.
I just need something I can take back to vendor Tech Support because they have not been helpful in resolving this issue. I literally cannot do my job.
if the error is happening JUST with your user it's likely an error in your own personalization. Go to the backend and run the report BSP_DLC_DELETE_PERSONALIZATION for UI component BT120H_CPL
Afterward, log again in the UI
