Today we are implementing some CCO projects and they are connected to B1. We have noticed that in CCO tests it works well in the part of synchronizing articles and their prices, perhaps because the use of the POS is less. However, in different projects we have noticed that when the project is already in production and the client changes the prices of some items in B1 in CCO, these updates are not reflected.
So we have to update some property of the item manually or by DTW, so that CCO detects the new price.
This is not functional since if the client does not realize that the prices are not up to date, sales will always fall short.
Could you tell me how to solve it please or why this happens?.
NOTE: With all versions of CCO this has happened to us and the synchronization of articles is done correctly.

Is the article synchronization configured to be executed in a recurring mode? If yes, which type is used? Hourly, Daily, weekly, monthly?
