Couple of days ago, we sent survey to customers using survey function in C4C.
But, one customer said that she didn't receive an email.
Is there a way of re-sending the survey only to the customer?
No there is no possibility of resending a survey from C4c to Customer
In every release, SAP has implemented most of the requests coming via the “SAP Cloud for Customer” Customer Influence while submitted as an idea to meet the needs of the customer use cases based on demand
