how to set email associate ticket in sap c4c via data workbench

Hi gus.

we are facing some issues when we import tickets with data workbench.

currently we use "service_request_btd_reference" to associate email with the ticket.

after imported we checked there is no associated ticket to show in emails list.but we can find ticket in "related items"

please help to explain what we are missing?

Hello Dai,

This seems like a bug and you should report it to SAP. One thing you could try is linking the email to ticket using the 'EMail' object in the DWB. If that also doesn't work, then you should report this as an incident to SAP.
