A user had to reset his mobile phone and therefor was not able to login to CCV2 portal anymore.
a user with role CUSTOMER_SYS_ADMIN should be able to delete the affected user in the user manager and create a new one with same s-user id. With the first login the user should then be able to create new 2FA.
But it was not working for us. Also tried to deleter cookies and used incognito browser.
Use the request ticket; not incident ticket.
