currently we need to do mirgration in c4c, there are a lot email conversation records need to be imported, we want to use datawork bench to import tickets and linked emails records, but when we import tickets , we found "Service_Request_BTD_Reference" which need "ID" field to mapping email and this ID return by Email Created and auto created by system, we can not get it except using ODATA Service to create, so is there any way to do this ?

Can you elaborate further on this statement ""Service_Request_BTD_Reference" which need "ID" field to mapping email and this ID return by Email Created and auto created by system" possibly with screenshots.

Yes Julius, that's it. how can we handle it or mapping it when we do not create email in advance but in importing tickets?

I don't think its possible to do it during ticket import because you are only referencing the emails in the ticket import. You might have to load the emails first and then update the ticket import spreadsheet with the email ids to establish the links. So your only option might be programmatically through odata.

Hi Julius,Thanks very much, i think you are right, we have to get emailId through odata first.
