How to check why incoterms is being erased when BP details are saved?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to create an entry in transaction code BP.

My incoterms location prior saving is "Cyberjaya"

After saving and few minutes, its value will be empty or blank.

How do I check why it is being replaced with another value?

In menu Extras, Change History, for this partner or for this field, do you see any information.

raymond.giuseppi Thanks. I was able to see the date, time, and user who changed it. However, It seems like it is a system who changed the field's value. Is it possible to trace how the change happened?

Once you get user name and date/time, if the user is a system one, look for any background job with this user.

But that is not always simple (imagine a periodic background job triggered by event, the event raised by some BAdI...)

Also look for any BAdI, Enhancement developped for BP transaction in your system.

raymond.giuseppi Thanks. It's weird that the username is not in SM37 but thanks. Will look for BAdI(still not familiar)
