Hi,
I am getting this warning "Conversation actions unavailable as you are unauthorized to create an account", when I edit the lead status value and hit on save.
Individual customer > Select any customer> select lead in its lead tab> edit
I have setup org structure and restrictions on customer and lead. as per this https://scn.sap.com/thread/3835800
So X org unit can not see the customer and leads of Y org unit.
So, X org unit can view and edit its customer and leads only.
I tried to with unrestricted the customer from access restriction but does not workout.
Just for the information: I have added 2 addition additional vales in status fields through fine tuning.

Two things:
1. You should ensure that the role/access allows creation (Write access) of 'Individual Customers' under Customer work center access assignment.
2. In the fine tune where you have added your Custom action, which action does your Custom action correspond to? Send a screen shot please.
