E-Mail Blast

Enables users to create and use a template to send custom-formatted mass e-mail messages to all members of a target group at the same time.

This is a method of mass messaging contacts and related business partners from within the service offering.

E-Mail Campaigns

This is a typical marketing campaign use case with the support for the following functionality from within the service offering

If your administrator has enabled the Enhanced Marketing Functionality option in business configuration.

This includes:

  • Multi-step campaigns
  • Handling of soft bounces
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • Additional actions and triggers in campaign execution
  • Notifications that will appear, for example, when an e-mail bounce happen
  • Editor for editing e-mail templates in the system

You can read up more of the details in help documentation as needed, available within the service offering.

Thank you.

Hi Pushkar,

Thank you for your detailed response.

I am trying to set up the system for Campaigns.

I am confused with the features of Campaigns in C4C as I could not find any detailed documents for the same.

I have created a Target Group, Email template for email campaign and Campaign with status "Planned".

1. Can we assign any Survey to a campaign and how to capture the response from the same?

2. How to set up the system for email bounces?

3. What are the settings required for notifications to appear when an email bounce happens?

4. I have created a Response Option with category "Positive" but I am not sure how to use this in Campaign and what is the use of it, please explain.

Request to spare some time for me to make me understand with your inputs.

Appreciate your time and help.

Regards,

Maddy
