Data in loyalty dashboard

Hello,

When can I expect to see relevant data on my Loyalty dashboard?

Some of the graphs on that page are empty and some convey data that doesn't make sense.

For instance, I've just started to run my Loyalty program and all of the accumulated points are set to expire in 18 months, so it doesn't make sense I have 1.55k expired points already.

I was wondering something else, how is the rounding works? When does it round up or down? and can we change it?

Hi @natangrinvald,

The Loyalty dashboard needs to be enabled by support, and I did it for you now.
