Cloud for Customer APP Problems

Do any of you also have problems with the Cloud for Customer APP in combination with Windows 11.

following problems:

- freezing of the app

- does not find the user

- no authentication

any tips ?

Hi Thomas,

Can you elaborate further what you mean by "using the app in combination with Windows 11"?

We have Windows 11 and also use the app on mobile devices (iOS and Android) and have not faced the issues you are facing. So I'm curious to understand your use case.

Hi Thomas,

Please review and make sure that all device requirements are met in :

If you are facing issues with windows device after all the requirements are met. I would recommend opening an incident and outlining exact steps along with any screenshots of the issue you are facing.


It may require some further analysis.

That is exactly the problem. We do not have these problems in connection with IOS or Android. Only with the Windows APP
