Please share a document where I can find the elaborate informations in regards to the usage of the ticket fields from C4C (like the ones from Additonal info: contact information, prefered contact channel). Or thr ones used for interaction (reply all, new) email , Portal. Is there any document where all the fields are detailed explained to the business users?
Once you logon to C4C tenant, from the Top Right by clicking on 'User Menu' and clicking on 'Help' - You can search for Help Center Document related to different Business Processes (For example: Search with keyword
'Tickets' ) to get Ticket related information i.e. Creation of Ticket, Processing of Ticket & it's Configuration .
