C4C Archiving --Archiving field is not visible after Activating

Hi ,

I had activated Archiving 10 days back in our C4C system , But till now Archiving Field is not showing in Administrator WorkCentre , I can see the deleted data in (Administrator -- General Settings -- Deleted data) from the day i had activated but I cant See Archiving field .

Can you please let me know whether we need to activate any settings to get it .

Same issue here: I activated archiving of tickets 2-3 months ago. Cannot find the settings anymore. In another tennant, where archiving is not active yet, I can see the empty/initial settings. New incident I guess?

Is solved now. The setting was not visible anymore due to an inconsistency in another scoping setting. After removing the inconsistency it showed up. Don't know which setting it was. A colleague solved it.

Hi Toine / Marie ,

Archiving Work center must be added to your Business role so that it will be shown in Administartor Tab.

For that you need to assign the WorkcenterView ID --ARCHIVEDOBJECTS to your Business Role .
