CRM Expert Chat

SAP is offering expert chat support for specific product components. CRM is one of them and the engineers that usually work processing CRM Incidents are the same ones attending you in Expert Chat.

You can start a chat session with a technical expert when clicking the Create Incident in three simple steps.

It’s easy to access and use Expert Chat, simply do the following:

  • Begin the process of submitting an incident on the SAP ONE Support Launchpad

  • If Expert Chat is available for the incident component, a Start Chat button will appear next to the Submit Button

  • Click on Start Chat button

  • And you will able to talk with a product support expert in real-time!
