These interactive live sessions guide learners through use cases for using SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement for segmentation, personalization and marketing campaign execution.
The sessions are ideal for end-users of the Emarsys platform who will be creating and launching tactics and content using email and other channels. The content will be first-time user friendly, but all skill levels are welcome.
Products included are Strategic Dashboard and Tactics, Visual Content Editor, Automation, Smart Insight, Contacts, Segmentation and Predict.
The sessions give you the opportunity to interact live with an SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement expert and to work on an automated reactivation campaign. You will be given access to an Emarsys account in order to complete the exercises.

SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement overview – Contacts and Segmentation
In this session you will explore how to import contacts and what different segmentation options are available. Based on a common use case segmentation planning and building is going to be part of the hands-on exercises.

In this session you will identify the different Automation products in SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement along with their differences and similarities. Automation building best practices, using Tactics, nodes and automation setting is part of the exercise-based session.

In this session you will create your own reply management address and will create your own email campaign based on a template. Various personalization options will be used while you learn about various products and features.
