Open up service portal and login with your user:


Navigate to Help & Support - Search for SAP Notes & KBAs. From here you can just search for different hotfixes adding your support pack level number and hotfix number, etc


Other possibility is to open one hotfix and find the references:


It opens up support package note and from there you can see reference to all the hotfixes available:
