The multitude of technological changes, products, and possibilities such as the SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud, Business Transformation Management, agile approaches (SAFe, Scaled Agile Framework), BizDevOps (Business Development, Operations) and the multitude of SAP Cloud Solutions, to outline the available portfolio only roughly, make us focus on generative AI, automation and transformation projects. In this whole business solution environment, we often no longer have the organization and the governance in view.
The focus on all business and technical priorities must go hand in hand with the inclusion of the organization and the respective setup including the roles. The departments, the business, and the internal customers of the authorities and companies must be more closely involved, an optimal communication basis must be created, and overarching, targeted cooperation must be made possible.
