Is it possible to integrate CTI with ICWin using ICI and connection through XSI protocol?
I mean integration of ICI with platform broadsoft.com (http://developer.broadsoft.com/XSI/Documents).

Hello,
as far as I know you can use the ICI but in win client you work you can't push message to the call center
representative like in RFC before (with TAPI you could).
In the Web GUI the ICI works in full integration.
