Wrong Updation of BP telephone details from ECC to CRM

Hello Experts,

We are facing an issue.

The BP data has been replicated from ECC to CRM system. We find that the telephone details are not updated correctly. In CRM, it does not delete the existing numbers for updation, but adds an entry there. It does not sets the new entry as default, whereas the earlier entry remains there.

You might have time dependency functionality activated in R/3 for business partner data. In that case system doesn't delete the entry, but changes validity of that entry.

If that's the case, and if you don't want to use this functionality then you can switch it off in config - IMG > Cross application components > SAP Business partner > Activation switch for functions

I have checked the system. The time dependency is not active, still this issue is occuring. Can you please suggest some other solution?
