WEBUI upgrade from CRM 5.0 to CRM 7.2

Hi Folks,

We are in the process of upgrading CRM 5.0 to 7.0 Ehp 2.

Presently, users are using IC webclient in the existing system. I want to understand what will happen with current EEWB fields, custom logic written on IC webclient BSP applications? Will everything get copied as it is or we will have to redo everything in CRM 7.0 Ehp2?

Also will IC webclient profiles get converted to Business role?

in general fields should need only to be unhidden - but depends on field type.

You would need to review IC profiles but in general they should stay where they are with some changes. more details in Upgrade master guide "Interaction Center". Activities described.
