update/edit CRM quotation in R/3

Hi,

we have very complex pricing in ERP, is it possible we create a CRM quotation with some basic information and send it to ERP and remaining details can be filled in ERP for example redetermination of pricing etc?

we are integrating CRM 5.2 with R/3 4.6c...

Hi,

yes you can create the quotation in CRM and change it in R/3 depending on the data exchange scenario you have maintained. I think the scenario A (Interdependent changes in sales documents) is the one that fits your business need (see note 889051 for further info).

In the above scenario you can update, change or delete the pricing in R/3 and after you save you document, the changes will be transfered to the CRM.

Hello,

I am not sure if redetermination can happen in R/3. But Ofcourse you can create a QT and use the same Price. But you must first maintain all the prices in R/3 and and then should download them.
