unable to view pricing analysis in CRMD_ORDER

Hi Frnds,

i am new to the IPC environment, please any one can help me in Activating the Pricing analysis in CRMD_ORDER as i am also maintaing trace to the user parameter PRC_TRACE to 'X' through SU03, but it is giving the error screen with the following information:

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://172.30.4.134:8181/ipcpricing/servlet/com.sap.ipc.webui.pricing.servlet.ShowAdvancedXMLPricing...

The following error was encountered:

Connection Failed

The system returned:

(111) Connection refused

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.</b>

hey

what version of crm have you implemented.

seems it 4.0 ...

if it is 4.0 then check the IPC server again .. if it is up or not..

if it is 5.0 then check the VMC is running or not by transaction SM53

Also a workaround.. edit the transaction and do update pricing.. then see the analysis...

then let me know..

Thanks for your reply.

We are using CRM Version 4.0 and IPC 4.0. The IPC Dispatcher and servers are up and everything is going smoothly except the Pricing analysis trace.

Please Help me out as this issue is of high priority.

Hi Chetan..

Please check the IPC connection from trnsaction SM59..

It seems to be a connection error ..
