trigger-based campaign ignore interactions email address

Hi all,

we have to trigger a campaign with a custom interaction type. We are using an email address as id and EMAIL as id origin of the interaction.

The system uses a different email address as the email address in the trigger interaction. 

We use the ignore marketing permissions and we have to have control of which email address will be used in the campaign execution since the user triggers this campaign by itself in a customer portal and can choose an which email address from all the stored email address in his profile he wants to use.

Is there a possibility to archive this? 

We have the following problem: the customer can delete his email address on the customer portal but there will not be deleted on MC since add id cannot be deleted and when the user triggers the campaign for a new email address the MC campaign still uses the old (deleted) one.

Hi Klaus,

I checked with a colleagues and it is possible to delete additional ids. See our online documentation Function Imports | SAP Help Portal. Another method is to set opt-out permissions for the contacts. See documentation Structure of OData Service API_MKT_CONTACTS | SAP Help Portal > Marketing Permissions.

Can't one of those methods be used?
