List of transactions for creating complaints/ service order /repair order / rma in crm?

what is the transaction to create a sales order in crm and the successive trnasactions for a sales order and the precedign transactions?

how I can attach a document to a sales order or any transaction?

Hi,

Use the transaction CRMD_BUS2000115 to see list of all the CRM transaction types. Click on 'Business Transaction' menu and then click on 'Create'. This list out all transactions

Use CRMD_BUS2000115 to create a sales order

There is no successive transaction for sales order, if you do the follow-up in R/3.

You can use quotation as as preceding to sales order
