The server threw an exception in some Receipts Customer Checkout

Hello Dear SAP experts,

We appreciate your help because currently we are facing an incident with some of our clients, I have seen this error in cloud control center and on-premise environment, the error is a random failure of di proxy. We notice that suddenly, all receipts start failing with the error "A COM exception has been encountered: At Invoke of: Add Description: The server threw an exception. -The di call #1 did fail." in CCO monitor as you can see in the attached picture.

To solve the problem, we have to restart the di proxy service and di proxy service monitor manually or wait until the service is restarted automatically every 60 minutes( Restart period=60 in diproxyserver.properties file), I have attached the complete file. It means if a receipt fails to be synchronized with the mentioned error, after restarting de DiProxy service this same receipt can be synchronized properly.

We have other on-premise clients where this incident does not happen(in our cloud control center environment the error happens in all service units), however, we haven't been able to identify what configuration can be different.

I send you a log of a receipt integration attempt from integration framework(Receiptintegrationframework.xml) and the dia proxy log where you will see the error there
