Can you help us with the following question, please? , we have a satisfaction survey of more than 100 questions, and we need to know if we can save a first version of the survey by the client before being sent to SAP C4C

Hi,

Surveys can be saved in a version. When you want to update the survey you make a new version. Working with versions need to be activated by a scoping question in Activity Management! Creating a new version automatically updates the status of the previous version.

For large surveys I first define some questions and add them in the Question Bank for later use. Especially questions with the same answers I set up first in the Question Bank, as I can create other questions based on them without having to retype all the same answers again.

After I defined the questions I compose my survey immediately in the right order.
